Hesabınızı silme
- Uygulamada Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabımı sil adımını açın.
- İki aşamalı onayı tamamlayın.
- Hesabınız, profiliniz ve ölçüm geçmişiniz kalıcı olarak ve hemen silinir; oturumunuz kapatılır.
Analiz sunucusundaki videolarınızı ve raporlarınızı hesabınızı silmeden önce Oturumlar ekranından tek tek silebilirsiniz. Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa [E-posta adresi] adresine kayıtlı e-postanızdan yazarak silme talep edebilirsiniz; talepler 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.
Yalnızca belirli verileri silme
- Bir oturumu (video + rapor) Oturumlar → oturum → Sil ile silebilirsiniz.
- Açık rızanızı Ayarlar → Yasal → Açık rızamı geri çek ile geri alabilirsiniz.
- Pazarlama iznini Profilim → Profili düzenle bölümünden kapatabilirsiniz.

Retention periods

At the end of the period data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Deleting your account
- In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete my account.
- Complete the two-step confirmation.
- Your account, profile and measurement history are deleted permanently and immediately, and you are signed out.
Before deleting your account you can delete your videos and reports on the analysis server one by one under Sessions. If you cannot access the app, e-mail [E-mail address] from your registered address to request deletion; requests are completed within 30 days.
Deleting specific data
- Delete a session (video + report) under Sessions → session → Delete.
- Withdraw your explicit consent under Settings → Legal → Withdraw my explicit consent.
- Turn off marketing under My profile → Edit profile.
